1. Agreement to terms

By accessing www.bigbrotherppc.com or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Services described

Big Brother PPC provides performance marketing services, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign strategy, conversion tracking, and related consulting. Details, scope, pricing, and duration of any engagement are agreed separately in writing between Big Brother PPC and the client.

3. Free audit requests

Submitting the audit request form does not create a binding service agreement. It is a request for a consultation, and any resulting engagement is subject to a separate agreement between the parties.

4. No guaranteed results

While we apply industry best practices to every campaign, advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform policies, market conditions, and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a fixed cost per lead, click-through rate, or return on ad spend.

5. Client responsibilities

• Providing accurate business information and timely access to ad accounts, assets, and approvals needed to run campaigns.
• Ensuring landing pages and offers comply with applicable laws and platform advertising policies.
• Settling ad spend directly with the relevant advertising platform, or as otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, graphics, and code, is owned by Big Brother PPC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Big Brother PPC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

Either party may end a service engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the applicable service agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Big Brother PPC operates.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
